Some of our kids are involved in multiple systems at once, like child welfare, juvenile justice, or behavioral health systems.
We need to avoid siloed services and COLLABORATE with them instead.
Drawing from research and real-world experience, participants will:
- examine the barriers that often prevent effective cross-system collaboration
- highlight strategies for strengthening partnerships among professionals, and creating coordinated transition plans that center youth voice and choice
- explore practical frameworks for collaborative case planning to improve outcomes for youth
